Your First Visit, Made Simple.

We’ve designed your first visit to be straightforward, comfortable, and stress-free.

How It Works

Three steps, and none of them are complicated.

01

Book Your Visit

Choose a convenient appointment time.

Request a time online in about a minute, or call the front desk and we will find something that fits.

02

Meet Your Care Team

We’ll learn about your needs and answer your questions.

Expect a conversation before anything clinical — what has worked for you before, and what has not.

03

Create Your Care Plan

We’ll discuss the next steps based on your individual needs.

You leave with a written plan and an estimate. Nothing is booked until you say so.

On The Day

What to Expect

A first appointment usually runs about an hour. Here is what fills it.

  • Digital new-patient forms. We send a secure link before your visit so you are not filling in paperwork on a clipboard.
  • Medical and dental history. Medications, allergies, past treatment and anything that has made a visit difficult before.
  • A consultation. What brought you in, what you would like to change, and what you would rather avoid.
  • An examination. Teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues, with digital images where they help.
  • A discussion of treatment options. What we found, what we would suggest, what it costs, and what can safely wait.

Before You Come In

New Patient Checklist

Five minutes of preparation makes the first visit noticeably easier.

  • Complete your digital forms

Use the secure link we email you. It saves about fifteen minutes on the day.

  • Bring photo ID and your insurance details

If you have dental coverage, the policy and group numbers let us estimate costs accurately.

  • List your current medications

Including supplements and anything prescribed recently. A photo of the labels is fine.

  • Note any allergies or medical conditions

Particularly anything affecting bleeding, healing or anaesthetic.

  • Bring previous records if you have them

Recent X-rays or a note of past treatment can save repeating work. We can also request them for you.

  • Write down your questions

The ones you think of at home are usually the ones that matter most. Bring the list.

  • Arrive about ten minutes early

Enough time to settle in without rushing. We are at 123 King Street West, ten minutes from Union Station.

Questions Before Your Visit?

Call the front desk and ask. There is no such thing as a question too small, and nobody will try to book you for anything.
